The Caribbean is made up of around 7,000 islands, islets, reefs, and cayes located in the Caribbean Sea.
Throughout history most of the islands have been, some still are, colonies of European countries. France, Britain, Spain Holland and Denmark have all had a hand in shaping the Carribean.
The continued success as a top travel destination is attributed to the ''Heaven on Earth'' islands that provide film set beauty, uncrowded sandy beaches and warm crystal clear seas. |
