This is Adventure Travel Directory makes no claims or warranties on the listings within the directory. This Is Adventure does not guarantee listings, bookings or any increase in traffic to your website.

1. Your Contract

When you submit your link for inclusion into the directory we will endeavour to include your link within 72 hours of submission. This is subject to the number of submissions we receive per day. During busy periods this may be extended!

Once you have submitted your site This Is Adventure Travel Directory, nor it’s agents, accept responsibility for the listing. We will of course keep the site updated on a regular basis and check links periodically. Should a link be found to no longer be valid, or have been redirected to a site considered to be unacceptable by the editors then the link will be removed with out warning or refund.

2. Payment

Once payment is received then we will notify you of the receipt and notify you of when the link has been added. Should there be a delay in adding your site to the directory we shall notify of this and ensure that any renewal date is amended accordingly.

3. Cancellation by you

Should you wish to cancel your link with This Is Adventure Travel Directory we will refund any monies owing less a 20% administration charge. Once you notify us of your wish to cancel we will remove your link within 48 hours and process any refund within 72 hours.

4. Cancellation By This Is Adventure Holidays

Should we find that your link is no longer valid or redirected to a web site containing material that we consider unsuitable, this may be, offensive, abusive, racist, sexual, inciting hate or violence then we will immediately remove the link without notice or refund and report the web site to relevant authorities.

5. Amendments and Material Alterations

Any amendments required to your link will be carried out free of charge. This includes adding or removing text and links. Should you require substantial amendments then we may decide to charge a nominal fee for our time and resources. Any additional charge is at our discretion and you will be notified of any charges prior to the amendments being carried out.

6. Feature Links

Feature Links within the directory will run for 1 month from the date of listing and be included in our monthly newsletter. Once payment has been received for the Feature Link and the link has been created there can be no cancellation or refund. Amendments to the Feature Link will be carried out at request free of charge. At the end of the 1 month Feature Link your link will be replaced by another site. You can of course extend your Feature Link should you notify us within 7 days of expiry.

7. Complaints and Disputes

If you have any complaint or dispute over your listing or the directory then please email info@thisisadventure.com in the first instance. One of our senior editors will review your complain and will get back to you within 48 hours with a reply. It may be that you will be asked to provide additional information prior to a decision being made.
